ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาองค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาองค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล โดยเป็นการศึกษาและทบทวนวรรณกรรมถึงตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาองค์กรในยุคดิจิทัล จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและผลงานวิจัยทำให้พบว่า มีตัวแปรหลักสำคัญ 4 ตัวแปร ได้แก่ 1) ด้านผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม 2) ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กรปรับเปลี่ยน 3) ด้านการบริหารจัดการคนเก่ง และ 4) ด้านวัฒนธรรมดิจิทัล ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จขององค์กร โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 4 ด้านนี้ องค์กรสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาองค์กรและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน สร้างจุดแข็ง สร้างความได้เปรียบ และสร้างภาพลักษณ์ให้กับองค์กรได้ในระยะยาว
