This paper would like to consider principles and doctrines involving the law of sale of goods of Thailand and the United Kingdom. The common theme is that the freedom of contract, the privity of contract and the notion caveat emptor each derived from body of commercial law developed largely to regulate the position between merchants, have had to be qualified to some extent in order to achieve justice for purchasers or consumers.Article Details
