The objectives of this research study on çProcess of police crime prevention, suppression, investigation and prosecute of juvenile delinquencyé are to study the nature and course of problems and obstruction in the process of police crime prevention, suppression, investigation and prosecute of Juvenile delinquency and to study factors related to an increasing of that process efficiency. The study showed that the sample face work difficulties in preventing and arresting of juvenile delinquency, confining the accused juveniles, and taking them to court within 24 hours to examine the compliance of the arrest procedure with the law. The majority of the sample agreed that the present juvenile law and regulations do not facilitate police work related to juvenile crime prevention and suppression since the laws over protected the juvenile rights. Moreover police has high workload and have no time to pay attention to juvenile delinquency. Beside the sample has little knowledge of the Juvenile and Family Court and Juvenile and Family Procedure Act B.E. 2553 and they also had difficulties in working with multi-professional officers. But the most difficulty of police works in related to juvenile delinquency was come from the fact that juvenile commit more crimes and wrongful acts without respect of the law.
