This article critically discusses the role of conciliation according to Restorative Justice Principle in the inquiry process of the criminal case, how it helps provide remedy for victims and treatment of offenders for the sake of safe and successful reintegration into the society. In considering the enforcement of the conciliation process in accordance with Criminal Diversion Act B.EÇ, various legal issues tend to arise such as prescription, indemnification, and problems relating to youth in the conciliation process.
