Abstract

The article “Guidelines for the Development of Cultural Tourism According to Buddhism of Wat Chom Manee Ban Tadeemee, Chiang Khan District, Loei Province by the Local Administrative Organizations” aimed to study about guidelines for the development of cultural tourism according to Buddhism of Wat Chom Manee Ban Tadeemee, Chiang Khan District, Loei Province by the local administrative organizations. The study found that local government organizations can apply the "Sappaya 7 (7 Sustainable)" in Buddhist philosophy to enhance the tourism in order to promote cultural tourism. The consists of 1) developing cultural attractions. 2)development of transport routes. 3) creating local participation in cultural tourism development. 4) developing food quality and standards for cultural tourism.

5) developing food quality and standards for cultural tourism. 6) improve the landscape and manage tourism to suit the weather. 7) public relations and development ofservices to tourists. All this will be considered cultural tourism development in accordance with the Buddhism of the local administrative organization, which is suitable for local society and culture.
