Abstract

          “Today’s child is an adult tomorrow” It’s a phrase that comes from a long – heard episode of Children’s day. But has a meaning that implies of human resources which is truly important to the nation. Because children today are an important force that must grow up to be a person who serves to develop the country in the future. From the above statement, you can see what the future holds for the nation. Partly depends on the quality of today’s children to grow into adulthood. Children are of land. Human beings are considered an important translation resource in order to be the driving force of today’s corporate society. Because things that happen in the world today are all possible because of the human creation almost all. When in the society in the organization that needs progress, translates and achieved results according to the goals he had sat it must develop what is the cost of everything, it is a translation child. Which is considered an important resource in the administration of the county in the future?
