Characteristics of Integrated Buddhist Leadership

Abstract
In the past, most people believed that being a leader had to come from that person's origins because they were innate and unique qualities inherited from their ancestors. as a leader before and has been passed down from one generation to another, so that person can have a chance to be a leader But over time, society has evolved, developed and progressed, therefore, has studied the characteristics of leadership according to various theories. such as Trait Theories, Behavioral Theories, including Sources of Power, which are the foundation necessary for leadership that can be influential or artistic. In persuading others to join hands to achieve their goals and indicate the origin of leadership characteristics as official leaders based on their positions or being an informal leader is having personal authority under the acceptance of subordinates or followers which is in accordance with the teachings of the Lord Buddha according to the principles of Buddhism that provided the Buddhist principles regarding proper characteristics, having a wide vision understand people's mental state and practices towards others According to leadership characteristics, there should be many things, which can be applied in every period as scientific proof. Therefore, the integrated Buddhist leadership characteristics that are effective leaders can lead followers or organizations to achieve their goals with great success.
