SOCIAL WELFARE BUDGET FOR THE DISADVANTAGED

Abstract
The social welfare budget for the disadvantaged related to government policy. On budget allocation according to the strategy of allocation of expenses related to social welfare under the National Economic and Social Development Plan No. 12 C.E.2017-2021. Strategy 1: strengthening and developing human capital capabilities and strategy 2: creating fairness and reducing inequality in society, which aims to reduce inequality and create growth from within. The preparation of an integrated plan to create equality in allocation of social welfare budgets. Economic and social security, to create an environment that is conducive to living. The agencies that have allocated a social welfare budget for the disadvantaged include the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Ministry of Public Health Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor, Department of Local Administration Social Security Office, National Health Security Office, the Office of Health Promotion Foundation, Office of Social Development and Human Security, and Bangkok. The amount of budget that the state allocates to agencies for uses on the disadvantaged each year increase or decrease as a result of the population. Inflation rate The key factors used in estimating the social welfare budget are government income from tax, population, gross domestic product value in Thailand (GDP) Social security, Provident fund, National Savings Fund, Retirement Mutual Fund, Inflation rate Household income Economic growth, birth rates, mortality and number of people in working age.
