Abstract
Marketing communication that affects the decision to buy condominiums in Bangkok This results in setting clear goals in choosing housing in order to plan expenses like for customers. Marketing communications influence purchasing decisions because housing selection directly affects finances as there will be many costs associated with it. Consumers assess job security and career growth opportunities. Or if there is a tendency to change jobs in the near future, you should wait to stay stable before deciding to buy a new home. Due to condominium loans in Bangkok have a long repayment period If there is a job/career change due to unexpected circumstances such as epidemics or future economic conditions Entrepreneurs should develop a form of housing to be attractive.
