Abstract
The development of learners' competence, skills in working together. And follow their roles to work towards the goals of the educational personnel, resulting in The inferiority of students is therefore a consequence of the interrelationships between the different contexts around them. The problem is not the teacher alone. But in relation to the teacher as a whole, the knowledge, skills, and attributes students learn may not help them succeed at work. If students lack the ability to apply their knowledge, skills and attributes in their lives. or in other words, The lack of competency means that the knowledge, skills, attitudes and attributes that students learn are not competent. Until the students have demonstrated the behavior showing the ability to apply knowledge, skills, attitudes, and various attributes in life or problem solving in various situations to achieve one of the following levels: 1) aims for learners to show their competence Emphasis on practical application of knowledge 2)Set high expectations and expectation with all learners. 3) Learners are responsible for themselves to reach their goals. Able to design their own learning can study on site and different time by helping flexible support 4) Learners will be assessed when they are ready.
