As a human resource management job, it will bring personnel who have knowledge, abilities and are ready to connect with various missions. of each unit in the organization 2) help build morale and encouragement to work When personnel perform their duties with knowledge and ability, it will also result in more dedication, sacrifice, and loyalty to the organization 3) It encourages personnel to be alert to increase their operational potential. Based on knowledge 4) it helps to create stability for the society. And the country, especially good human resource management, will help enhance the quality of personnel, have jobs, create productivity for the organization. And increase income for the country in another way
