Abstract

  This article aims to present the participation of people in raising the level of Thailand in order to advance to THAILAND 4.0 in the public sector. In retrospect, Thailand has adjusted its economic model several times. "Thailand Model 1.0" that focuses on the agricultural sector towards "Thailand Model 2.0" that focuses on light industry and progresses to the current "Thailand Model 3.0" that focuses on heavy industry until the "Thailand 4.0", an innovative economy which Thailand 4.0 brings the country out of the middle income trap Inequality traps and traps development imbalance along with transforming Thailand towards stability, wealth and sustainability in a concrete way by building strength from within driven by the concept of sufficiency economy philosophy through the civil state mechanism until it can be a first world country in the 21st century.
