In order for a business to survive in society, it must be able to adapt to the social environment, including economic, social, political conditions, customers and competitors, etc. In addition, business internal factors must be consistent with the external environment as well. Business success or failure has many components, so it is important to know the management process within the business. The management process has 5 steps: planning, organization. Human resource management, command and control, knowing business functions including (1) choosing a business location (2) procuring production factors or raw materials (3) production management (4) marketing and sales promotion. (5) financial and accounting management and (6) human resource management. Including knowing how to choose an interesting and feasible business. Therefore, business operators must have expertise in science.
