People in local government organizations have more possibilities. But if the people still lack knowledge and understanding of how to use the law, the exercise of these rights will not be possible at all. Therefore, the people need to be aware of their rights to participate in local government. To preserve the interests of the people and localities and to comply with the principles of democratic governance.
