Logistics Management for Gastronomic Tourism Route: Ratchadamnoen Road, Mueang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province

Abstract
This study is mixed research with the objectives as follows 1) to study the logistics of food tourism on Ratchadamnoen Road, Muang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 2) to create food data collected by using quantitative research. The sample group is 200 tourists who came to travel in the area of Muang district Nakhon Si Thammarat Province and data are collected by using questionnaires. The statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean and standard deviation. For qualitative research, data were collected by a specific sampling from 5 restaurant operators in Muang district area Nakhon Si Thammarat Province by using in-depth interviews. Then statistics was used to analyze the descriptive data. The results of the study showed that there was a high level of satisfaction. Tourists who came to travel in Muang district area, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province had opinions on the physical flow, information flow, and financial flow. The test results showed that there was a high level of satisfaction. A study result from interviewing the entrepreneurs in the area of Muang district Nakhon Si Thammarat Province showed that they were ready to accommodate tourists. There were parking places that could afford a large number of tourists. Tourists could contact and ask for information before coming to the restaurants. There were a restaurant development plan and a plan dealing with COVID 19 epidemic. Public relation was created through various media. Also, the entrepreneurs participated in training on service readiness such as hygiene, trained their employees to have service minds, and developed their restaurants to be as efficient as possible.
