Learning Outcomes Achievements in Cooperative Education Work of Faculty of Liberal Arts Students, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin

Abstract
The purposes of this study are 1) to study the performance outcomes of cooperative education work by students from the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin. 2) to investigate the problems and obstacles faced by students during their cooperative education practice in workplaces The population consists of 99 workplaces where fourth-year students from the Faculty of Liberal Arts in the academic year 2023 were employed. The research instrument used was a student performance evaluation form (for workplaces), divided into four aspects: work achievements, knowledge and abilities, responsibility, and personal characteristics. The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation (S.D.). e study results found that: 1) the overall performance of cooperative education work by the students from the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Rajamangala University of Technology Rattanakosin, was at a good level. When separated by aspects, the highest average was found in the achievement of personal characteristics, rated as very good, followed by achievement in responsibility, which was also rated very good. Achievements in work success and knowledge and abilities were rated at a good level, respectively. 2) Problems, obstacles, areas for improvement, and strengths in cooperative education work were identified. The results showed that students from the English for International Communication, Japanese, and Chinese programs excelled in responsibility and enthusiasm for assigned tasks. However, challenges included a lack of self-confidence, assertiveness, and foreign language communication skills.
