บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของคุณค่าที่รับรู้ ความไว้วางใจ ความผูกพัน และต้นทุนการเปลี่ยนสถาบันที่ส่งผลต่อมูลค่าตลอดช่วงชีวิตของผู้เรียนในสถาบันกวดวิชาเสริมทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ
ในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปและเคยศึกษาอยู่ในสถาบันกวดวิชาเสริมทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในเขตจังหวัดชลบุรีภายในระยะเวลา 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 385 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เรียนที่มีเพศ ระยะเวลาที่เคยเรียน และค่าใช้จ่ายต่อเดือนในการเรียนแตกต่างกัน มีมูลค่าตลอดช่วงชีวิตแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ขณะที่อายุและความถี่ในการเรียนพิเศษไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทั้งนี้สะท้อนว่า มูลค่าตลอดช่วงชีวิตของผู้เรียนในสถาบันกวดวิชาเกิดจากประสบการณ์การเรียนต่อเนื่องและระดับการลงทุนในการเรียนมากกว่าปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ทั่วไป ผลการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า คุณค่าที่รับรู้ ความไว้วางใจ ความผูกพัน และต้นทุนการเปลี่ยนสถาบันสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายมูลค่าตลอดช่วงชีวิตของผู้เรียนได้ร้อยละ 59.6 (R² = .596, Adjusted R² = .592, F = 140.172,
p < .001) โดยต้นทุนการเปลี่ยนสถาบันมีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกสูงที่สุด (β = .540, p < .001) รองลงมา คือ ความไว้วางใจ (β = .129, p = .026) และคุณค่าที่รับรู้ (β = .103, p = .018) ส่วนความผูกพันไม่ส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แสดงให้เห็นว่าการรักษาผู้เรียนในระยะยาวควรมุ่งสร้างความคุ้มค่า ความเชื่อมั่นและความต่อเนื่องของประสบการณ์การเรียนมากกว่าการพึ่งพาความผูกพันเชิงอารมณ์เพียงอย่างเดียว
