บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ส่งเสริมศักยภาพของเยาวชนชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลท่าข้าม อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล Line bot 2) ประเมินความพึงพอใจในการใช้เทคโนโลยี Line bot กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นเยาวชนชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลท่าข้าม อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 90 คน ได้มาแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) Line bot น้องฮอด 2) แบบประเมินคุณภาพ และ 3) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ซึ่งมีผลการวิจัยดังนี้ 1) นวัตกรรมระบบส่งเสริมศักยภาพเยาวชนชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลท่าข้าม อำเภอฮอด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ด้วยเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล Line bot ที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาสื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลผลงานของเยาวชนชุมชนเทศบาลตำบลท่าข้าม จำนวน 3 เรื่อง ได้แก่ สื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเรื่อง เยาวชนชุมชนท่าข้ามรักษ์น้ำและป่าชุมชน, สื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเรื่อง เยาวชนชุมชนท่าข้ามรักษ์วัฒนธรรมชุมชน และสื่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเรื่อง วัดท่าข้าม (วัดชัยชนะ) แหล่งเรียนรู้วิถีชุมชน บนเว็บไซต์และแพลตฟอร์มเทคโนโลยี Line Application 2) นวัตกรรมมีคุณภาพโดยรวมเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.93 (S.D.=0.10) ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับคุณภาพดีมาก และ 3) ความพึงพอใจในการใช้งานนวัตกรรมในภาพรวมโดยเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.51 (S.D. = 0.74) ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับความพึงพอใจมากที่สุด
