Administration Applying Good Governance Affection the Performance Effectiveness of Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administration Organization

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study 1) The administration applying good governance affecting the performance effectiveness of Nong Bua Lamphu provincial administration organization. 2) study the relationship of administration applying good governance affecting the performance effectiveness of Nong Bua Lamphu provincial administration organization. 3) study the influences of the administration applying good governance affecting the performance effectiveness of Nong Bua Lamphu provincial administration organization. The sample were 150 persons using the formula of Taro Yamane and chosen with the techniques of stratified random sampling and simple random sampling. The research tools were composed of a questionnaire. The statistics employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed as follows: 1) For level of administration applying good governance include the average values were in “High” level (equation= 4.13, S.D. = .37) . Considering the order of average value, found that the first in highest level of average value, transparency (equation= 4.27, S.D. = .39). The second order was value of money. For the aspect with lowest level of average value, it was morality. The performance effectiveness of Nong Bua Lamphu provincial administration organization include the average values were in “High” level (equation= 4.13, S.D. = .27). Considering the order of average value, found that the first in highest level of average value, public service dimension. The second order was management dimension. For the aspect with lowest level of average value, it was finance dimensions.  2) The relationship between administration applying good governance and the performance effectiveness were correlated in the same direction (r = 0.76) at 0.01 level of significance. 3) Four direct effect of factors affecting the performance effectiveness, ranking in order were as follows: value of money, transparency, morality, and participation.
