บทคัดย่อ
ด้วยสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา ๒๐๑๙ หรือโควิด-19 ที่ผ่านมา ทำให้สังคมโลก มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วและคาดการณ์ยากยิ่งขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัจจัยด้านสังคมด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านเทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นใหม่จนตามแทบไม่ทัน อีกทั้งความไม่แน่นอนด้านเศรษฐกิจ ดังนั้น การพัฒนากลยุทธ์จึงถือได้ว่าเป็น การจัดทำแผน เพื่อจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจเพื่อให้องค์กรกลับมาดําเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างปกติ การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ เพื่อจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจด้านพลังงานหมุนเวียนอย่างยั่งยืน การวิจัยนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 215 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นเดี่ยว (Simple Linear Regression)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ด้านการปรับกระบวนการดำเนินงานเชิงกลยุทธ์ ด้านการรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม ส่งผลต่อการพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ ด้านพลังงานหมุนเวียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 ผลการวิจัยนี้ หน่วยงานหรือผู้ที่สนใจ สามารถนำผลการวิจัย ไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการปรับปรุง แก้ไขและพัฒนากลยุทธ์เพื่อจัดการความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจด้านพลังงานหมุนเวียนได้อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป
