ความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ข้าวต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปและความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ข้าวต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรแปลงใหญ่ข้าว จำนวน 125 ราย โดยกำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างด้วยสูตรยามาเน่ (Taro Yamane) ที่ความคลาดเคลื่อนร้อยละ 5.00 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 96 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ t-Test และ F-Test ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศชายมากที่สุด มีสถานภาพสมรส อายุอยู่ในช่วง 51-60 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับการศึกษาประถมศึกษา มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครัวเรือน 5-6 คน มีประสบการณ์ในการทำนาอยู่ในช่วง 26 - 30 ปี และนิยมปลูกข้าวพันธุ์ กข 41 มากสุด ร้อยละ 33.33 มีรายได้จากการประกอบอาชีพทำนาต่อปีอยู่ที่ 200,001 -300,000 บาท/ปี นอกจากนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการประกอบอาชีพอื่น ๆ นอกเหนือจากการทำนา ได้แก่ เจ้าของธุรกิจ หรือ ค้าขายส่วนตัว ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของเกษตรกรที่มีต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอลำลูกกา พบว่า เกษตรกรมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทุกประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ด้านบุคลากรเจ้าหน้าที่ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.49) 2) ขั้นตอนการให้บริการ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.48) 3) ลักษณะทางกายภาพของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอลำลูกกา (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.27) และ 4) ด้านเทคโนโลยีและข้อมูลสารสนเทศ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.43) ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ประกอบอาชีพอื่น ๆ ควบคู่กับการทำนามีผลต่อระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอลำลูกกาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
