อิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านความยั่งยืนและผลิตภัณฑ์อัพไซเคิลที่มีต่อความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยมีการบอกเล่าเรื่องราวเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางและการรับรู้คุณภาพเป็นตัวแปรกำกับ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) การวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรคั่นกลาง (Mediation Analysis) และตัวแปรกำกับ (Moderation Analysis) ผ่านโปรแกรม Process macro Version 4.2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านความยั่งยืน (Sustainability) และปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์อัพไซเคิล (Product Upcycled) มีอิทธิพลต่อปัจจัยด้านความใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environmental Concern) และปัจจัยด้านความใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อม (Environmental Concern) ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Purchase Intention) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์การวิเคราะห์ตัวแปรคั่นกลาง (Mediation Analysis) พบว่า ปัจจัยการบอกเล่าเรื่องราว (Storytelling) มีบทบาทเป็นตัวแปรคั่นกลางแบบบางส่วน (Partial Mediator) ระหว่าง ปัจจัยด้านความยั่งยืน (Sustainability) กับความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์อัพไซเคิล (Product Upcycled) กับความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 สุดท้าย ผลการวิเคราะห์การตัวแปรกำกับ (Moderation Analysis) พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์อัพไซเคิล (Product Upcycled) ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม (Purchase Intention) โดยมีปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้คุณภาพ (Perceived Quality) เป็นตัวแปรกำกับในกรณี Quasi-Moderator ต่อความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลิตภัณฑ์อัพไซเคิลกับความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 โดยงานวิจัยนี้ให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อแบรนด์แฟชั่นหรูที่ใส่ใจสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยเน้นบทบาทของ Storytelling และ Perceived Quality ช่วยให้แบรนด์พัฒนากลยุทธ์ด้านความยั่งยืน นักการตลาดสามารถนำไปใช้ปรับกลยุทธ์การสื่อสาร และภาครัฐสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางสนับสนุนธุรกิจที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้ผู้บริโภคตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการเลือกซื้อสินค้าเพื่อความยั่งยืน
