การพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปการบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ 2) เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และ 3) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมของแผนการใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ การวิจัยแบ่งออก เป็น 2 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพทั่วไปของการบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรสายวิชาการและบุคลากรสายสนับสนุนของมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลสุวรรณภูมิ โดยใช้โปรแกรมคำนวณกลุ่มตัวอย่าง Taro Yamane ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 296 คน และระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาร่างแผนกลยุทธ์และตรวจสอบประเมิน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 7 ท่าน และ กลุ่มผู้ประเมินแผนกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 15 ท่าน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) ผลการวิเคราะห์สภาพทั่วไปการบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวกับความพร้อมของทรัพยากรและประสิทธิผลการบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการ อยู่ในระดับดี 2) ผลสังเคราะห์เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาแผนการใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ประกอบด้วย กลยุทธ์ที่ 1 การจัดโครงสร้างของงานวารสารวิชาการ กลยุทธ์ที่ 2 กระบวนการบริหารงานวารสารวิชาการ กลยุทธ์ที่ 3 การสนับสนุนปัจจัยหรือทรัพยากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวารสารวิชาการ และกลยุทธ์ที่ 4 กลุ่มบุคคลที่มีส่วนในการดำเนินที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวารสาร และ 3) ผลประเมินความเหมาะสมของแผนการใช้กลยุทธ์การบริหารจัดการงานวารสารวิชาการสู่มาตรฐานสากลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
