This research aims to design a ceramic dripper shape that reflects the identity of Dong Mafai coffee. Create a dripper set of Ceramics with a built-in ceramic filter from Dan Kwian clay. Study the taste of coffee obtained from using Dong Mafai drip coffee. The sample groups used in this research were academics, potters, designers, coffee shop employees, coffee owners, and the general public or those who love drip coffee in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Statistics used include Percentage and standard deviation. The results of the research found that the design of the shape of the Dong Mafai coffee dripper using Dan Kwian pottery has five new unique styles, including the Korat cat, owl, shoveled elephant, and two types of farmer dolls. We found that entrepreneurs and consumers were satisfied with the owl prototype type 5 with an average of 4.49 (high level). They are satisfied with the Korat cat type 4 with an average of 4.37 (high level). They are convinced that the farmer doll types 1 and 2 have a mean of 4.29 (high level) and are satisfied that the ivory shovel elephant pattern 5 has an average of 4.26 (high level). It can be seen that most evaluators were satisfied with the suitability and uniqueness of the new dripper model in use at a high level. As for the taste of coffee obtained from using the Dong Mafai drip coffee, the evaluators were very satisfied (63.33 percent) with the intensity and smoothness of the coffee flavor from the drip. There was a high level of satisfaction, 56.67 percent, with the aroma of coffee dripping. There was a high level of satisfaction at 53.33 percent and a feeling of fruit flavor from the drip. There is a high level of satisfaction, 50 percent. It can seen that the taste of the coffee was obtained by using Dong Mafai coffee drip within the criteria of satisfaction at a high level.
