Abstract

The purposes of this research topic “Problematic and Obstructive Factors of Collaborative Governance Success between Public and Private Sectors : Case Study of the Provincial Joint Public and Private Sector Consultative Committee” are to find out the problematic and obstructive factors of collaborative governance success between public and private sectors, and to give model and suggestions of problematic and obstructive solutions, as well as the feasible of other activities expansion such as  the provincial economics development, according to the provincial joint public and private sector consultative committee.

                After reviewing literatures, the researcher has been formulated triangulation model, research conceptual framework, in which the level of collaborative governance success depends on 3 factors; first the collaborative-intelligence quotient (CQ) factor including mind patterns, thinking talents, inquiry, and mind sharing,  second the cycle of collaboration (CC) factor including analyze, assign, design and assess, and third the collaborative environment (CE) factor including facilitating conversation, creating the atmosphere of success, support decision-making and promote shared learning.
