Abstract

This article is the result of my research on local government at municipal level. I choose Sungnoen municipal, Sungnoen district, Nakhonratchasima province as my case study. The research questions are 1) does and how decentralization, in case of local government in Thailand, lead to a development planning that reflect local people demand? and 2) if such development plan reflect local people demand? and 2) if such development plan reflecting local people demand, what is the factor affecting such conduct?
