แนวการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในเขตการปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กรณีศึกษาเทศบาลตำบลสูงเนิน จังหวัดนครราชสีมา
Abstract
This article examines the ways in which local government (Municipality) encourage local participation in order to increase its effectiveness in responding to local problems utilizing formal structure of local community groups created by local governments themselves. It also examines some aspects of the unbalance of the workload given to local communities and the perceived levels of municipal effectiveness in getting their own responsibilities one. Furthermore, the paper presses the significance of leadership style as a major factor affecting the level of local public participation.
