Administrative Collaboration Factors Affecting in Rice Development : A Case Study of Local Administration Organization in the Upper Central Region Provinces 2

This cross-sectional research study investigated the administrative collaboration factors for rice development in the Upper-Central Region 2. This research study was based on a quantitative research methodology and data collection involved using a set of questionnaires with 140 responders. The collected data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics multiple linear regression and descriptive statistics. The research results were found as follows; 1. The factors that affect to rice development with statistical significance are 1) the factor in the situation-response pattern and 2) the factor in the forced pattern. On the other hand, the factors that do not affect to rice development with no statistical significance are 1) the factor in the top-down pattern, 2) the factor in the contributor-recipient pattern, 3) the factor in the responsibility-based pattern, and 4) the factor in the voluntary pattern. 2. The factors of responsive cooperation with the situation have a moderate influence on the cooperation at the average of 2.82 and Forced cooperation factors have a low influence on rice development at an average of 2.56. Overall, Local government organizations have rice development at a low level at an average of 1.81, most of which play a role in promoting the production process at the average of 2.10.
