  1. Step-by-Step Publication Fee & Review Workflow Guidelines for Authors
    • Step 1: Initial Pre-screening (Desk Review)
      • The editorial board will evaluate the manuscript's initial quality, formatting (Template), citation system, and alignment with the journal's scope.
    • Step 2: Notification & Payment Instructions
      • Internal Authors (Students and Staff of the Faculty of Political Science and Public Administration, CMU): The publication fee is fully waived. The manuscript will proceed directly to Step 4.
      • External Authors: Journal staff will send an email notifying you of the screening results, along with instructions for paying the publication fee of 4,500 Baht (Approximately: USD 140 / GBP 110 / EUR 125).
    • Step 3: Submission of Payment Proof
      • External authors must complete the payment and submit their proof of transfer via this form for verification by the journal staff.
    • Step 4: Peer Review Process Engagement
      • Once the payment proof is verified, the editorial team will officially proceed to forward your manuscript to peer reviewers for evaluation.

    ⚠️ Terms & Conditions:

    1. Non-Refundable Policy: The publication fee is strictly non-refundable if the manuscript is later rejected following the peer review process, or if the author requests to withdraw the manuscript at any stage.
    2. No Guarantee of Acceptance: Please be reminded that payment of the fee covers only the processing and evaluation costs; it does not imply or guarantee that the manuscript will be accepted or published in the Political Science and Public Administration Journal.
