The Relationship between Participative Educational Administration and Academic Affairs Effectiveness of Foundation Education Schools under Elementary Education office Samut Prakarn Area

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1, 2) the academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1, 3) the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1. The sample were 315 administrators and teachers under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1 by system random sampling method. The instrument was a questionnaire asking about participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The research results revealed that: 1) the participative educational administration of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level. Considering by aspects found that they were at moderate level; 2) academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole was at moderate level; 3. the relationship between participative educational administration and academic affairs effectiveness of foundation education schools under Elementary Education Office, Samut Prakarn Area 1 as a whole and by aspects were positive at .01 level of significance.
