Google Sheets for Planning Students Activities Project Management and Preserving Arts and Culture of Faculty of Home Economic Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) create a google sheet system to prepare a plan for managing student activities and preserving arts and culture and 2) to assess the suitability of google sheets system for preparing a project management plan for student activities and preserving arts and culture of Faculty of home Economic Technology Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep.The study population consisted of 10 people, including 8 system development experts and 2 personnel specialists. The employed research instrument is a questionnaire. The measurement and the evaluation of google sheet system to prepare a plan for managing student activities and preserving arts and culture are based on Black-Box Testing, The research results showed that 1) the database designed under google sheets covering, No.Category, Project, Year, Name of Person Responsible, Indicator, Duration of Operation Amount etc. The program was designed in facilitate data entry, searching and reporting the plan student activities project management and preserving arts and culture and 2) assessing the suitability of google sheets for preparing a project management plan for student activities and preserving arts and culture. Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep at a high level (=3.55, =0.61).
