Google Sheet for Financial Databases Management of Faculty of home Economic Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep

Abstract

The objectives of research were to 1) create Google Sheet for financial databases management, Faculty of home Economic Technology, Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep and 2) assess the suitability of a financial database management google sheet of Faculty of home Economic Technology Rajamangala university of Technology Krungthep.The study population consisted of 10 people, including 8 system development experts and 2 financial specialists using questionnaires as a research tool by assessing and testing using the Black Box method. The statistics used in the research were the arithmetic mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that 1) Google Sheets for the management of the new financial database consisted of three parts including database, data recording, and reporting results and  2) Evaluation results for Google Sheets for financial database management Faculty of Home Economics Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep at a high level (=3.57, =0.69).
