Improvement of Authors format

According to Sarasatr was accepted to publish in TCI database, Sarasatr keeps continue for better better quality in the future. Sarasatr has to improve authors format for matching to same standard of other journals especially the reference format. Sarasatr choose the APA system format. It will started in issue 3/2020.
