Abstract

The Objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of factors affecting achievement motivation working behavior and achievement motivation working behavior of academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus 2) to compare achievement motivation working behavior of academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus with different personal characteristics 3) to study the factors that affect the achievement motivation working behavior of academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University,


The research findings are 1) the overall factors affecting achievement motivation working behavior of academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus was at the high level. The overall achievement motivation working behavior of academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus was also at the high level. 2) the hypothesis testing results revealed that the academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus with different genders, ages, education levels, marital status, income per month, work experiences, work position and type of personnel, with achievement motivation working behavior is not different. 3) Factors that affect the achievement motivation working behavior of academic supporting personnel at Kasetsart University, KamphaengSaen Campus, including motivation factors, hygiene factors Corporate culture factors And the balance factor in work and family life
