ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสู่ความเป็นเลิศในจังหวัดนครปฐม (Strategic Leadership of School Administrators Affecting the Private School Administration to the Excellence in Nakhon Pathom Province)

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียนเอกชน 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสู่ความเป็นเลิศและ 3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสู่ความเป็นเลิศในจังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครูโรงเรียนเอกชนในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 316 คน ได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามอำเภอ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย ความคิด เชิงปฏิวัติ การกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ ความคาดหวังและสร้างโอกาสสำหรับอนาคต องค์ประกอบมุ่งคนและมุ่งสัมพันธ์ ทักษะด้านความคิดระดับสูง และความสามารถในการนำปัจจัยมากำหนดกลยุทธ์ ตามลำดับ 2) การบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสู่ความเป็นเลิศอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ประกอบด้วย ภาวะผู้นำ ประสิทธิผลสถานศึกษา นวัตกรรมการบริหาร และสมรรถนะผู้บริหาร ตามลำดับ 3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ประกอบด้วยการกำหนดวิสัยทัศน์ (X6) ความคาดหวังและสร้างโอกาสสำหรับอนาคต (X4) ความคิดเชิงปฏิวัติ (X5) องค์ประกอบมุ่งคนและมุ่งสัมพันธ์ (X2) และทักษะด้านความคิดระดับสูง (X1) เป็นตัวแปรที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนสู่ความเป็นเลิศ (Ytot) โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 92.70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
