ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม (Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Effectiveness of the Pracharathschool under Samutsongkram Educational Service)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม 2) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม และ 3) วิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ครู บุคลากรในโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สังกัดเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม จำนวน 216 คนได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วนกระจายตามอำเภอ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่สร้างขึ้นโดยผู้วิจัย มีค่าความตรงด้านเนื้อหา ระหว่าง 0.67 และ 1.00 มีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาเท่ากับ 0.96 และด้านประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาเท่ากับ 0.98 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม อยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านประกอบด้วยการมีวิสัยทัศน์ การสร้างบรรยากาศในการองค์กร การบริหารจัดการ การมีส่วนร่วม การสร้างเครือข่าย และการสร้างองค์กรนวัตกรรมตามลำดับ 2. ระดับประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมากทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านประกอบด้วย การสอนคุณธรรมในโรงเรียน การพัฒนาตนเองของครู การจัดการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ ความสามารถในการสอนตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา และความสามารถด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) และภาษาอังกฤษตามลำดับ และ 3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม อันได้แก่ การสร้างบรรยากาศในการองค์กร (X5) และการสร้างองค์กรนวัตกรรม (X2) เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในโครงการโรงเรียนประชารัฐ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรสงคราม โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 63.20 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยสมการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย คือ = 1.14 + 0.57 (X5)
