รูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่ยั่งยืน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านตามปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่ยั่งยืน ขอบเขตการวิจัยด้านเนื้อหา มุ่งศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านที่มีความเหมาะสมและมีความเป็นไปได้ กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นกลุ่มปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเพื่อหาสภาพการณ์การจัดการเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 23 คน และเพื่อการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยี จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยใช้แบบสังเกต แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินการรับรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ ค่ามัธยฐานและพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ วิเคราะห์ความคิดเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ การสนทนากลุ่มวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงคุณภาพมี 6 ขั้นตอน

                    ผลการวิจัยมีดังนี้ 1. การวิเคราะห์แนวคิดในการจัดการเทคโนโลยีตามความคิดเห็นของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยี มี 3 แนวคิดหลัก คือ 1) การจัดการเทคโนโลยี 2) ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน และ 3) การท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่ยั่งยืน  2. การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยีของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านประกอบด้วย 3 องค์ประกอบหลัก  1) การจัดการเทคโนโลยีของปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 2) ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 3) การท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรที่ยั่งยืน  3. การถ่ายทอดรูปแบบการจัดการเทคโนโลยี พบว่า รายได้ จำนวน และกลุ่มผู้เข้ามาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ในแหล่งเรียนรู้เพิ่มขึ้น ผลการประเมินผู้มาใช้บริการแหล่งเรียนรู้มีความพึงพอใจ อยู่ในระดับมาก

The purpose of this research was to create a technology management  model of  local scholars’ following the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy for the sustainable agro-tourism.The scope of the research was to study a model of local scholars’ technology management following the concept of Sufficiency Economy, which was suitable and feasible. The target group used in the research were a  group of the 23 local scholars to find out the situation of technology management and a group of the 10 local scholars for the development of technology management. The instruments used in the research were observations, interviews, questionnaires and evaluation forms. The statistical analysis were median and inter-quartile range, the analysis of opinions from the experts, group conversations were analyzed by analysis. There were 6 steps of the research process .The results of the research indicated that:

                    1. The analysis of the concept in technology management according to the local scholars’ opinions toward technology management, which consisted of 3 main concepts: 1) the technology management, 2) the Sufficiency Economy philosophy, and 3) the sustainable agro-tourism. 2. The development of Technology Management Model of Local Scholar was comprised of 3 key elements: 1) the technology management of the Local Scholar. 2) the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of the Local Scholar.  3) the sustainable agro-tourism.   3.The transfer of technology management model showed that incomes, numbers and the participants who came and shared the knowledge with the local scholars increased. The results of the evaluation in satisfaction of users who get service form of the local scholar’s learning center were at high level.
