The Learning Leadership Behavior of School Administrators Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate learning leadership behaviors of administrators from schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai and determine the guideline for developing learning leadership of administrators from schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai. Sample group in the study are Two hundred and ninety-one (291) of personnel under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai in academic year 2021 were 59 administrators by using purposive sampling method and 232 teachers by using stratified random sampling method. Study tools are five-point Rating Scale Questionnaire. Analytical statistics used for analyzing obtained data were Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. Informants about guideline for developing learning leadership is education administrator, school administrator, and educational supervisor were recruited by using Purposive sampling method. Study tools are essay-based interview form were employed to collect data. Analytical statistics used for analyzing obtained data were Content Analysis.


Results indicated that Learning leadership of administrators from schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai, in overall, was at high level. Guideline for developing learning leadership of administrators from schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Sukhothai found that there were 5 aspects 15 guidelines. as follows
1) 3 guidelines of Learning and self-improvement. 2) 3 guidelines of Team-based learning.                    3) 3 guidelines of Learning innovation creation. 4) 3 guidelines of Learning – friendly environment. And 5) 3 guidelines of Technology application in educational operations.
