ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี (Personal and Motivational Factors Affecting Digital Competency in Teachers Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom and Suphanburi)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี 2) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยแรงจูงใจของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี และ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยแรงจูงใจที่ส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี รวมทั้งสิ้น 352 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.985 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการประเมิน 2) ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคลากร 3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคคลและปัจจัยแรงจูงใจส่งผลต่อสมรรถนะดิจิทัลของครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานครปฐมและสุพรรณบุรี โดยสามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 71.3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
