การพัฒนาระบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการประกันคุณภาพนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงในการประกันคุณภาพนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู 2) พัฒนาระบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการประกันคุณภาพนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 242 คน ได้แก่ นักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ภาคการศึกษา 1/2555 อาจารย์พี่เลี้ยง อาจารย์นิเทศประจำโปรแกรม อาจารย์นิเทศทั่วไป และผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบรายคู่โดยใช้วิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงในการประกันคุณภาพนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจำแนกปัจจัยเสี่ยงเป็น 4 ด้านคือ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองและแนวปฏิบัติทั่วไปของนักศึกษา พบว่าความเสี่ยงที่จะต้องดำเนินการเป็นอันดับแรกคือนักศึกษาไม่เข้าใจการใช้สถิติพื้นฐานหรือการใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการนำเสนอโครงการวิจัย ด้านการปฏิบัติทางด้านเวลาปฏิบัติงานพบว่าความเสี่ยงที่จะต้องดำเนินการเป็นอันดับแรกคือนักศึกษามีโอกาสได้เข้าร่วมในการพัฒนาชุมชนน้อย  ด้านการปฏิบัติต่อครู   พี่เลี้ยงและอาจารย์นิเทศก์พบว่าความเสี่ยงที่จะต้องดำเนินการเป็นอันดับแรกคือ นักศึกษานำเสนอโครงการ กิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนไม่ต่อเนื่อง รวมไปถึงด้านเอกสารและผลการประเมินและฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู พบว่าความเสี่ยงที่จะต้องดำเนินการเป็นอันดับแรกคือ อาจารย์นิเทศก์ทั่วไปให้ข้อเสนอแนะนักศึกษาไม่ครอบคลุมประเด็น 2)การเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยความเสี่ยงในการประกันคุณภาพนักศึกษาที่ฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูจำแนกตามเพศ โปรแกรมวิชา และขนาดสถานศึกษาที่ฝึกสอน พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05  และ 3) ระบบการบริหารความเสี่ยงในการประกันคุณภาพนักศึกษาฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูพบว่าส่วนใหญ่ใช้การควบคุมความเสี่ยง การถ่ายโอนความเสี่ยง การยอมรับความเสี่ยง รวมถึงการสร้างมาตรการจัดการความเสี่ยง

The purposes of this research were 1) Survey and risk analysis of quality assurance graduate teacher training experience. 2) Development of risk management and quality assurance professional experiences in graduate school. The samples where the respondent were students’ professional experiences semester 1/2556, teachers, supervisors and director of the school with the total of 242. The research tools used in the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, One-way analysis of variance and paired tests using Scheffe’s method.

                        The research findings revealed that : 1) The survey and risk analysis of the quality graduates 4 risk factor. The development and practice of students in general. Found that the risk is to be taken as the first one, students do not understand the statistics, or the use of qualitative research techniques and presentation of a research project. Practical aspects of the work at the risk to take the first one, students have the opportunity to participate in the development of minority communities. The teachers and staff treat Supervisors found that the risk to the project is the first scholar to develop learners’ discrete events. Including the documentation and evaluation, and training teachers found that the risks must be taken is the first one I made suggestions Student Supervisors are not covered. 2) Comparison of risk factors for ensuring quality teacher training graduates by sex, education program and the coaches found a significant difference statistically significant at the .05 level. 3) Systems, risk management, quality assurance in teacher training graduates found most use to control risk.
