รูปแบบการแนะแนวเชิงจิตวิทยาเพื่อพัฒนาพฤติกรรมรับผิดชอบและการแก้ปัญหา อย่างสันติวิธีของนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ในโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้รูปแบบการแนะแนวเชิงจิตวิทยาที่พัฒนาพฤติกรรมของนักเรียน 2) เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลร่วมระหว่างการฝึกพฤติกรรมกับตัวแปรด้านจิต และสถานการณ์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาตัวทำนายที่สำคัญของพฤติกรรมนักเรียนในโรงเรียนอาชีวศึกษา ประชากร จำนวน 937 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ และสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย โดยการจับฉลากตามเลขที่ จำนวน 120 คน มีแบบแผนการวิจัยแบบ A X B Factorial Design สถิติที่ใช้เป็นการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบพหุนาม และความแปรปรวนแบบสามทาง โดยทำการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธการของ Scheffe ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1. ผลของการใช้รูปแบบที่พัฒนาพฤติกรรมของนักเรียน พบว่า เป็นผู้ที่มีลักษณะมุ่งอนาคต ควบคุมตนมาก   มีลักษณะการคบเพื่อนอย่างเหมาะสมมาก    มีเหตุผลเชิงจริยธรรมสูง   มีปฏิสัมพันธ์  ในครอบครัวมาก และมีการรับรู้บรรยากาศแบบประชาธิปไตยมาก

2. อิทธิพลร่วมระหว่างการฝึกพฤติกรรมกับตัวแปรด้านจิต และสถานการณ์ พบว่า

อิทธิพลร่วมในกลุ่มตัวแปรจิตลักษณะเดิม จิตลักษณะเชิงเหตุสมทบ และจิตลักษณะตามสถานการณ์ เป็นตัวทำนายได้ดีกว่าตัวทำนายเพียงตัวเดียว

3. ตัวทำนายที่สำคัญของพฤติกรรมนักเรียน พบว่า พฤติกรรมการแก้ปัญหาอย่างสันติวิธี สามารถทำนายได้มากกว่าพฤติกรรมรับผิดชอบทั้งในกลุ่มรวม และกลุ่มย่อย

The objectives of this research were 1) to measure the outcomes of employing a psychological guidance model to enhance responsible behaviors and peaceful means of problem solving 2) to investigate the jointed influences of responsible behavior training and peaceful means of problem solving with psychological and situational variables of the students and 3) to inquire the significant predictors of responsible behaviors and peaceful means of problem solving of the vocational certificate level students in vocational education college. The population were 937 students who randomly selected by a stratified sampling method and a simple random sampling method in order to obtain 120 samples. The research was A X B factorial design. The statistical treatments were composed of the multivariate analysis of variance, the three-way analysis of variance and the pair means comparisons employing Scheffé. 

                The research findings were as follows:

                1. The employing of psychological guidance model for improving responsible and peaceful means of problem solving behaviors could enhance the students with high future orientation, high moral reasoning, high domestic interaction and high perception of democratic environment.

                2. There was a joint influence of the training of the responsible behaviors and peaceful means of problem solving on the students’ the psychological and situational traits. The primary psychological trait, additional reasoning psychological trait and circumstantial psychological trait could better predict than a single predictor.

                3. Peaceful means of problem solving behavior could better predict the students’ responsible behaviors both in the total group and the subgroup.
