การพัฒนารูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา และศึกษาประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยมี 4 ขั้นตอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยคือ ครูกลุ่มสาระวิชาคณิตศาสตร์และครูกลุ่มสาระวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์จำนวน 12 คนจากโรงเรียนวัฒนาวิทยาลัย ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ทำการทดลองในปี 2556 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วยแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประเมินการสอน แบบประเมินตนเอง สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
รูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ วัฒนธรรมการเรียนรู้ การคิด แบบปฏิบัติที่ดี และการพัฒนาเชิงวิชาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่องประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้เชิงวิชาชีพสำหรับครูประถมศึกษา พบว่า สมรรถนะเชิงวิชาชีพของกลุ่มตัวอย่างสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองใช้ รวมทั้งทักษะการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนเพิ่มสูงขึ้น และผลการเรียนรู้ในวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ และวิทยาศาสตร์ ของผู้เรียนหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of the research study were to develop professional learning community model for the primary school teachers and study the effectiveness of using professional learning community model for the primary school teachers. The research procedures consisted of four steps. The samples in this study were 12 teachers who teach mathematic and science from Wattana Academy. They were selected by purposive sampling. The duration of invention was in the second semester in 2013. Research instruments were questionnaires, observation form and self-evaluation form. Data analysis was done by mean, standard deviation, dependent t-test and content analysis.
The results of the researcher found that that professional learning community model consist of 4 elements, which is learning culture, thinking method, best practice, and continuous teacher professional development. The effectiveness of professional learning community model influence on the mean score of the teacher competencies and the students skill and there was significantly defference in test score of Mathematics and Science before and after the implementation of activities at .05 level.
