The Development of Model of Enhancing the Ability of Instructional Design in Local Art and Culture Heritage Conservation for Social Studies Teachers

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to develop a model of enhancing the ability of instructional design in local art and culture heritage conservation of social studies teachers. 2) to study the ability of instructional design in local art and culture heritage conservation of social studies teachers by using the model to enhance the ability of instructional design in local art and culture heritage conservation. 3) to study lessons learned using the model to enhance the ability of instructional design in local art and culture heritage conservation of social studies teachers. This research used research and development process to study. Data were analyzed by means of mean, standard deviation, independent t-test and content analysis. The results of the research indicated that 1) The model of enhancing the ability of instructional design in local art and culture heritage of social studies teachers has 4 components: principles, objectives, The process of the model and the model implementation conditions, which include social systems, support systems, and response principles. 2) The ability of instructional design in local art and cultural heritage of social studies teachers by using  the model to enhance the ability of instructional design in local art and culture heritage which was assessed from assessment form was at a very good level 3) As for learning from lessons using the model to enhance the ability of instructional design in local art  and cultural heritage of social studies teachers, it was found that the participants were able to provide feedback on the subject of lessons learned.
