แนวทางการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสหกรณ์การเกษตรของอำเภอโมงฤษี จังหวัดพระตะบอง ประเทศกัมพูชา

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสหกรณ์การเกษตรของอำเภอโมงฤษี จังหวัดพระตะบอง ประเทศกัมพูชา 2) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบระดับการมีส่วนร่วม และ 3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสหกรณ์การเกษตรในอำเภอโมงฤษี จังหวัดพระตะบอง ประเทศกัมพูชา ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในงานวิจัยคือเกษตรกรที่เป็นสมาชิกในสหกรณ์การเกษตร จำนวน 300 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักในการสัมภาษณ์ระดับลึกจำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามและการสัมภาษณ์ระดับลึก การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ใช้การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์ระดับลึกใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสหกรณ์การเกษตรของอำเภอโมงฤษี จังหวัดพระตะบอง ประเทศกัมพูชา โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลประกอบด้วย อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และกรรมสิทธิ์ในที่ดิน ที่แตกต่างกัน จะมีส่วนร่วมในสหกรณ์การเกษตรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ในระดับ 0.05 3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการพัฒนาสหกรณ์การเกษตรคือ ผู้นำและภาครัฐควรจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการทำบัญชีการเงินให้แก่สมาชิกทุกคน ภาครัฐควรช่วยปกป้องสหกรณ์การเกษตร ด้านกฎหมาย และส่งเสริมให้สหกรณ์มีการทำธุรกิจเพิ่มเติม และช่วยทางด้านเงิน เพื่อให้สหกรณ์ได้เอาไปใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนร่วมในสหกรณ์การเกษตร
