การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพและทักษะการประกอบการของนักเรียนโรงเรียนเทศบาลวัดศรีดอนไชย จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพและทักษะการประกอบการของนักเรียน เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบ เพื่อศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบ และเพื่อประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบ กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลในปีการศึกษา 2565 ได้แก่ บุคลากร จำนวน 36 คน ตัวแทนชุมชน จำนวน 5 คน นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 157 คน และผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 157 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 355 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบประชุมกลุ่ม คู่มือของรูปแบบ แบบประเมินทักษะอาชีพ แบบประเมินทักษะการประกอบการ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการพรรณนาวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ได้ 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การประชาสัมพันธ์ การมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานของสถานศึกษา การแสวงหาภาคีเครือข่าย และการบริการชุมชน 2. รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชนที่ส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพและทักษะการประกอบการของนักเรียน ประกอบด้วย 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ ทฤษฎีพื้นฐานและหลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ ระบบและกลไกการดำเนินงาน วิธีการดำเนินงาน แนวทางการวัดและประเมินผล และเงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ 3. การศึกษาผลการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบ นักเรียนมีทักษะอาชีพ และทักษะการประกอบการอยู่ในระดับที่สูงขึ้น และ 4. บุคลากร มีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานตามรูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
