บทความวิชาการเรื่องนี้ มุ่งนำเสนอสาระความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ChatGPT ซึ่งเป็นเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่ให้บริการตอบคำถามข้อมูลต่าง ๆ แบบอัตโนมัติที่เติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว ถือเป็นเรื่องใหม่ มีประโยชน์อย่างมากที่หลายสถาบันการศึกษาให้ความสนใจและสนับสนุนในการนำมาใช้ในการเรียนการสอนอย่างหลากหลาย ซึ่ง ChatGPT มีบทบาทในกระบวนการสอนและการเรียนรู้ได้อย่างหลากหลาย อย่างไรก็ตามการใช้งาน ChatGPT อาจมีความเสี่ยงที่ผู้ใช้ต้องคำนึงถึงความน่าเชื่อถือและความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่เกิดขึ้น เนื่องจากข้อมูลที่ประมวลผลมานั้นเป็นชุดข้อมูลที่มีอยู่อย่างมหาศาลในอินเทอร์เน็ตมาประมวลให้ผู้ใช้งานโดยไม่ได้คัดกรองเฉพาะเนื้อหาที่มาจากแหล่งข้อมูลที่มาตรฐานความน่าเชื่อถือเท่านั้น อาจทำให้มีการนำเสนอเนื้อหาที่มีความผิดพลาดหรือบิดเบือนร่วมด้วย ดังนั้น ผู้ใช้งานจำเป็นต้องวิเคราะห์ ประเมินความถูกต้องและตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลก่อนการนำไปใช้งาน
