ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับองค์การแห่งเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู จำนวน 338 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็น แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.91 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล 2) องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ การใช้เทคโนโลยี 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์กันเชิงบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ในระดับสูง ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ .914
