แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการบริหาร และ3) เสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 127 คน ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน คือ ใช้การเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t และใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ด้านการมีความยืดหยุ่น ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ และด้านการมีจินตนาการ ตามลำดับ ผลการเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การบริหาร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาควรมีการเผยแพร่เกี่ยวกับวิสัยทัศน์ในการทำงานที่มุ่งเน้นผลสำเร็จของงาน มองภาพองค์การในอนาคตรวมกันกับบุคลากร ปรับตัวกับการเปลี่ยนแปลง สร้างศักยภาพใหม่ ๆ ให้แก่ตนเอง และส่งเสริม สนับสนุนบุคลากรให้ได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
