การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยประยุกต์แบบกลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ร่วมกับแอปพลิเคชัน Quizlet ของนักเรียนตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านออกเสียงสัทอักษรภาษาจีนของนักเรียนก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยประยุกต์แบบกลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ร่วมกับแอปพลิเคชัน Quizlet และ 3) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์สัทอักษรภาษาจีนของนักเรียนหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยประยุกต์แบบกลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ร่วมกับแอปพลิเคชัน Quizlet กับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2/2 โรงเรียนอนุบาลมหาสารคาม จำนวน 37 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบทดสอบอ่านสัทอักษรภาษาจีน แบบทดสอบทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์สัทอักษรภาษาจีน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยประยุกต์แบบกลุ่มร่วมมือ CIRC ร่วมกับแอปพลิเคชัน Quizlet มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 78.08/79.94 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 75/75 2) ทักษะการอ่านออกเสียงสัทอักษรภาษาจีนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ 3) ทักษะการเขียนคำศัพท์สัทอักษรภาษาจีนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75
