การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียน ตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพของครูโรงเรียนวัดสมหวัง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพของครูโรงเรียนวัดสมหวัง 2) พัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพของครูโรงเรียนวัดสมหวัง และ 3) ประเมินผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพของครูโรงเรียนวัดสมหวัง กลุ่มเป้าหมาย ได้แก่ ครูโรงเรียนวัดสมหวัง จำนวน 30 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสภาพการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพ แบบทดสอบ ความรู้ความเข้าใจ แบบประเมินการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพของครูโรงเรียนวัดสมหวังอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) การพัฒนาสมรรถนะครูในการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพดำเนินการโดยการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการและการนิเทศภายใน และ 3) ผลการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพพบว่าครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจหลังการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการสูงขึ้น มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพ อยู่ในระดับมาก และความพึงพอใจในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการบริหารจัดการชั้นเรียนตามแนวทางห้องเรียนคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก
